Return of Service of Subpoena
A Return of Service of Subpoena is a means for the Sheriff to inform the Court Prosecutor and/or Public Defender when a subpoena has been served. The Return of Service of Subpoena contains the name of the person witnessing the service of the subpoena date and place served and signature block. The Return of Service of Subpoena is one of 44 IEPDs developed by California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California. It could also be adapted for use in other states.
