Expunction or Non-Disclosure Notice

An Expunction or Non-Disclosure Notice is sent by a Court when a judge orders expungement or non-disclosure of an arrest record.  The Expunction or Non-Disclosure Notice is sent to all agencies and organizations that may have a record of the arrest. The Expunction or Non-Disclosure Notice is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
