Affidavit of Indigency and Election of Counsel Notice

An Affidavit of Indigency and Election Of Counsel Notice is sent from a Court to the Office of Court Administration (OCA) when a judge orders the appointment of indigent defense. The Affidavit of Indigency and Election of Counsel Notice is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
