About the Training The U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA); the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS); and the Program Manager for the Information Sharing Environment (PM-ISE) are offering a training program for current and potential trainers of the recently redesigned National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) Practical Implementer’s Course, which is scheduled to roll out in May 2008. This is a two-day course. The first day’s training will offer effective instructor techniques, and the second day’s training will provide an overview of the new NIEM course material. The course is designed to help new trainers learn how to successfully deliver the new NIEM material.
